Delivery of keys
In order not to make you wait unnecessarily, please let me know, the day before at the latest, the time at which you plan to arrive, and confirm it to me half an hour before, the day of your arrival.

ENTRANCE
I am generally present for the handing over of the keys, the presentation of the premises and their operation. In case I am absent when you arrive, I will urge a trusted person to explain everything to you in detail.
CHECK IN
After the keys have been handed over: 1.Push the first door and enter the vestibule. 2.Hold the red badge in front of “CARD” on the indoor keypad; this will unlock the entrance airlock for 12 seconds, then open the door. This area is monitored by video camera. You have a latch system behind the first door to keep it open while you bring in your luggage, as well as a front-facing temperature-reading system for those who wish to use it. Once inside, and after the 12 seconds have passed, the automatic locking system will automatically block access to the building again for security reasons. 3.To exit, press the “DOOR EXIT” switch located behind the second door in the entrance hallway of the building. 4.Your apartment is on the third floor. Once you are in front of the door, please use the gray badge (place it on the black area above the door handle), then push the handle all the way down to enter.
CHECK OUT
11.00 at the latest please. Please indicate the time of your departure the evening before so that I organize myself to be present. Before leaving the apartment: Please turn off: - The lights - Television - Air conditioner/radiators - Check that the dishes are clean and tidy and that the bins are emptied. - Close the windows and leave the keys on the table if I cannot be present when you leave.
