Delivery of keys
In order not to make you wait unnecessarily, please let me know, the day before at the latest, the time at which you plan to arrive, and confirm it to me half an hour before, the day of your arrival.

ENTRANCE
I am generally present for the handing over of the keys, the presentation of the premises and their operation. In case I am absent when you arrive, I will urge a trusted person to explain everything to you in detail.
CHECK IN
1. Push the first door and enter the vestibule. 2. Place the red badge on "CARD" on the interior keypad; this will unlock the entry airlock for 12 seconds, then open the second door. This area is secured by a video camera. There is a latch system behind each door to keep them open while you move your luggage inside. Once inside, if the 12 seconds have elapsed, the locking system will automatically secure the building entrance for safety reasons. 3. To exit, press the "DOOR EXIT" switch located behind the second door in the building's entrance hallway. 4. Your apartment is on the third floor. Once in front of the door, please use the gray badge (place it on the black section above the door handle), then push the handle all the way down to enter.
CHECK OUT
11.00 at the latest please. Please indicate the time of your departure the evening before so that I organize myself to be present. Before leaving the apartment: Please turn off: - The lights - Television - Air conditioner/radiators - Check that the dishes are clean and tidy and that the bins are emptied. - Close the windows and leave the keys on the table if I cannot be present when you leave.
