For security reasons, we ask our kind customers to ensure that the doors of the entrance hall are always closed. This space is automatically locked after 12 seconds and is secured by video surveillance.

We ask not to accommodate and open to foreign people provided for in your rental contract in order to avoid any inconvenience which could be detrimental, both for our customers and for the co-ownership.

A fire extinguisher is available at each level of the building.

Please do not throw anything through the railing of the terrace so as not to harm us with the neighborhood and thus compromise our seasonal rental activity. You will also find an ashtray that we ask you to empty when you leave. Please do not hang anything from the railing for the same reasons.

We kindly ask you NEVER to feed the gulls this, in order not to see them claiming loudly and thus disturbing our tenants.

We have noticed several times that some customers throw their waste in the recycling container, we remind you that several waste collectors are located rue de la barre and behind the "Optic 2000" shop.
