Given the growing number of people with allergies, our 4-legged friends are no longer accepted in the establishment.

Events or evenings not authorized, we ask our customers to notify us in advance in the event of a visit from relatives or friends.

Smoking and vaping are prohibited indoors, an ashtray is available on the terrace.

Filming not authorized without prior agreement. ​

Times where calm must be respected: between 11.00 p.m. and 8.00 a.m.

Time slots for arrivals:

After 4:00 p.m. unless exceptionally authorized.

Departure time:

Before 11:00 a.m. except exceptional authorization. ​

Number of travelers: 4 maximum (1 queen size bed in the bedroom and a 140 cm sofa bed in the living room).

 

Additional rules

Although a very reasonable fixed price is provided for the maintenance of the linen, made available free of charge, and for the complete cleaning of the apartment, we remind you that the premises must be left in a usual state of cleanliness, the dishes must be clean and tidy, so as not to jeopardize future rentals.
